Hello Chris,
We had a wonderful time in Ethiopia and came back feeling enormously blessed. I can tell you, the people in my village are so very thankful to you–I wish I could take you there to show you what we have done together, and how happy and grateful the people are.
A Journalist went with us when we went to my village and covered our story very well. I have a video to show you, but it’s in Amharic, so I will send it to you once it is translated.
The journalist summarized and enumerated the projects we have done to date, and did so with much appreciation for what we have done. The journalist then interviewed members of the community about their views and feelings.
Two women testified that our projects have transformed their lives by relieving them of the drudgery of grinding grain with stone grinders and traveling to distant rivers only to draw dirty water. The younger woman expressed great appreciation for the school we built and explained how it has impacted her life and the lives of her friends.
Chris, you have no idea how grateful all of us are for your generous donations. May God continue to bless you, your family, your co-workers and your business. You have made a huge difference!
